Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://autobodyshopsurrey.ca constitutes acceptance of these Terms. AMJ Auto Group reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. AMJ Auto Group provides Dent Repair, Bumper Repair, Car Scratch Repair, Car Paint Repair, Paintless Dent Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://autobodyshopsurrey.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AMJ Auto Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AMJ Auto Group makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AMJ Auto Group's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify AMJ Auto Group from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. BC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of BC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
